    Attention Prepaid Package Customers

    UPDATED 12/16/2021

For 10 years, the Haymarket Iceplex has used a system called Max Galaxy for facility management, including our cash register.  In the past year Max Galaxy was purchased by a competing company, and their system is no longer active.

This past summer, we began using Athlete Trax.  Beginning 10/15, there has been no access to view prepaid Stick and Shoot or Freestyle passes.

Through the month of December, we are honoring passes from the old system.  Please note, all passes expire 1 year after purchase date and are no longer valid.

After 1/1/2022, if you have any passes remaining from the old system, contact Ron Evans at

New packages can be purchased at the front desk in our new system.  We will offer the following packages:

    10 Pack $135 (10% savings)

    20 Pack $255 (15% savings)

Based on new recommendations and guidance from both the CDC and the Virginia Department of Health, the Haymarket Iceplex will follow these guidelines:

    • As previously recommended, if you feel sick, do not enter our facility.
    • Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear masks.
    • Non vaccinated individuals should continue to wear masks.
    • There are no social distancing requirements or capacity limits.
    • Locker rooms are available for use.
